With over 13 years of experience, of which 5 years in a Senior Management role heading up a group compliance function in a large financial institution, Bronwyn is a seasoned professional in the legal and compliance fields as a Compliance Practitioner (C Prac) and International Certified Compliance Professional (ICCP). She holds the above prestigious titles demonstrating her commitment to excellence and adherence to global standards.

Bronwyn is recognized as a Phase 2 FSCA approved Compliance Officer by the Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), highlighting her expertise in regulatory compliance within the financial sector.

In addition to her legal and compliance credentials, Bronwyn possesses a diverse skill set in material content development and facilitation. Her educational background includes an MBA obtained from Regent Business School in 2013, providing her with profound insights into business management, processes, and operations.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Bronwyn is deeply involved in academia, conducting a Master class in Business Law and appointed as an Adjunct Facilitator for BCom Law for Regent Business School, preparing examination papers and assignments. 

Her commitment to education extends to youth leadership development, as she serves as the founder of Thrive Foundation NPO, which focuses on enhancing youth employability through leadership training and support. Bronwyn was the Positive Role Model Award Finalist for National Southern Africa, and winner of Regional KZN for the Gender Mainstreaming Awards, 2021 by Business Accenture.

Furthermore, Bronwyn is dedicated to giving back to her community as the Deputy Chairman of the Alumnae Executive Committee for Pietermaritzburg Girls High School.
